Once upon a time, I had a goal to create a page on the Nephite Network that would display links to the latest inspirational short stories in the Ensign. I gave up because it was too much work, and nobody really seemed to be visiting the site.
However, I did write some scripts which helped me to index all the URLs of the articles on the Church's Gospel Library website, for the Ensigns. It would be easy to tweak it to grab other magazines and areas, if someone wanted to build on what I've already started.
Plus, I have a database available which indexes all the titles and direct URLs of all Ensign articles from 1971 to 2003, which is freely available.
The idea was that since the Church's Rights and Use Information (did at time of writing this, it has since changed) specifically dictates that their content "may be reproduced for incidental, noncommercial church or home use with the exception of Web site use," I couldn't mirror the content, but at the very least, I could link to it. :)

The scripts are released in the public domain. The thought of having something this minor be copyrighted 70 years after my death bothers me.
